Corterve provides a platform that helps patients discover and connect with clinical trials. We match patients with trials based on health information provided during assessments. Corterve does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Health Information
You acknowledge that the health information you provide is for the purpose of matching you with clinical trials. While we strive for accuracy in our matching, final eligibility determination is made by research sites. The information provided through our Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORTERVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
