Corterve is a product of MannaSync Solutions Inc. It helps patients find clinical trials that may be relevant, and helps research sites and sponsors reach those patients. It does not determine eligibility and does not promise an enrollment outcome.
Security practices aligned with HIPAA requirements for protecting health information. Code evidence — not a certification of operating effectiveness.
Patient health information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Encryption is applied at the storage layer.
We do not share patient data without explicit consent. Patients must consent before any data is shared with a research team.
Each claim below is active, reviewed on the date shown, and supported by the evidence type listed. Code evidence is labeled as code evidence — never as certification or operating effectiveness.

Transparency means being clear about what we don't say, not just what we do. The following are topics where we deliberately do not make public claims.
We do not display invented certifications, compliance badges, or seals — including regulatory compliance badges and third-party seals. We describe what our code does, not what an auditor has certified.
We do not claim that Community Connect or any Corterve service accelerates enrollment by any specific percentage. Outreach is a strategy with no promised outcome.
We do not award studies or select sites. We take on study finding; sponsors and CROs still decide the award.
We do not claim that people who screen-fail will join a site’s practice, or that every introduction creates operational value. Care after a study conversation is the person’s choice and requires separate consent.
We do not claim that our outreach alters control group responses, improves treatment signal, or produces a measurable enrollment outcome.
We do not sell or describe proprietary architecture, match scores, activation engines, or other internal machinery on public pages. Public copy describes the finding work we take on.
We do not publish invented enrollment percentages, sample report numbers, ROI models, or case-study quotes that imply a promised outcome.
The published site license is $99/month. Custom sponsor/CRO programmes are scoped with us. We do not publish unpublished SKUs or volume discounts.
We do not describe our platform as "AI-powered." We connect patients to relevant trials based on their health profile and location.
We do not claim to pre-screen patients. We surface trials that may be relevant; the research team determines eligibility.
We do not claim 24/7 support availability. Our contact routes are monitored during business hours.
We do not publicly advertise a BAA. Business associate arrangements are discussed directly with the relevant party.
We do not make public claims about de-identification methods or absolute privacy assurances.
We do not publicly claim penetration test results or security audit outcomes.
We do not publish a public API catalog, sample demand scores, feasibility scores, enrollment-time estimates, or unpublished partner SLAs. Integrations are scoped with us.
We do not claim affiliation with Harvard Medical School, NIH, FDA, or other institutions. Editorial sources are cited per article, not as an implied endorsement.
We say patient access is free. We do not say "free forever" — we cannot predict the indefinite future of any business.
