A Study Testing the Combination of Dasatinib or Imatinib to Chemotherapy Treatment With Blinatumomab for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults With Philadelphia Chromosome Positive (Ph+) or ABL-Class Philadelphia Chromosome-Like (Ph-Like) B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)

This pilot trial assesses the effect of the combination of blinatumomab with dasatinib or imatinib and standard chemotherapy for treating patients with Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph+) or ABL-class Philadelphia chromosome-like (Ph-like) B-Cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Blinatumomab is a bispecific antibody that binds to two different proteins-one on the surface of cancer cells and one on the surface of cells in the immune system. An antibody is a protein made by the immune system to help fight infections and other harmful processes/cells/molecules. Blinatumomab may bind to the cancer cell and a T cell (which plays a key role in the immune system's fighting response) at the same time. Blinatumomab may strengthen the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells by activating the body's own immune cells to destroy the tumor. Dasatinib and imatinib are in a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply, which may help keep cancer cells from growing. Giving blinatumomab and dasatinib or imatinib in combination with standard chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with Ph+ or Ph-like ABL-class B-ALL than dasatinib or imatinib with chemotherapy.

Adapting and Assessing the Feasibility of a Telehealth Diabetes Prevention Program for Hispanic Adolescents

Hispanic adolescents are disproportionately burdened by type 2 diabetes (T2D). Social determinants of health (SDoH) serve as barriers to behavior change and participation in disease prevention efforts, especially among vulnerable adolescents. Telehealth is a potentially effective approach for delivering disease prevention programs as it addresses some SDoH like transportation, childcare needs, and parent work schedules. Unfortunately, there are no theory- or evidence-based telehealth diabetes prevention program for Hispanic adolescents. Therefore the purpose of this study is to adapt an evidence-based diabetes prevention program for delivery via telehealth and to test the feasibility of this study among Hispanic adolescents (12-16 years) with obesity.

The objectives of this study are to determine the feasibility, tolerability, and treatment effect of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) radiofrequency ablation (RFA) plus standard-of-care neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in the treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) will be performed before tumor resection surgery, with the goal of shrinking a tumor or stopping the spread of cancer so that surgery might be less invasive and more effective.

A Study of Vedolizumab With Tofacitinib in Adults With Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with tofacitinib in adults with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Another aim is to learn about treatment with Vedolizumab alone after the double treatment. All participants will receive vedolizumab together with tofacitinib for 8 weeks and will be checked for response. Participants who show a response to the treatment after 8 weeks will be treated with vedolizumab alone for an additional 44 weeks. Each participant will be followed up for at least 26 weeks after the last dose of vedolizumab.

V-INTERVENTION will evaluate the effectiveness of inclisiran in preventing major cardiovascular and limb events in patients receiving percutaneous coronary or peripheral arterial revascularization. Inclisiran is a subcutaneous, twice-yearly injection that is FDA-approved as an adjunct with statin therapy and on the market to lower LDL-C in high-risk populations.

Electrophysiologic Sleep Phenotyping and Sleep-Dependent Neuro-maturation in Clinical and Healthy Pediatric Populations

Background: During the first few decades of life, the brain changes dramatically in shape and function. Sleep lets researchers measure these changes. Researchers want to create a database of sleep and neurodevelopmental data in a group of infants and children to learn more. Objective: To address a knowledge and data gap in the field of sleep and neurodevelopment in infants and children. Eligibility: Children ages 6 months to 76 months who may or may not be at risk for neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. Also, children ages 6 months to 8 years who have a referral for a sleep study. Design: Participants will have neurodevelopmental testing. They will have a medical, psychiatric, and family history. They will have a physical and neurological exam. They will be interviewed and complete surveys. They will give a cheek swab and/or blood sample. Some participants will have 1 study visit that lasts 2 days. Other participants will have up to 4 study visits. Each visit will last 2 days. Visits occur every 8 months to 1 year, for a total participation time of 2 years. Participants will have a 20-minute daytime electroencephalogram (EEG), if possible. This EEG session will be used to calibrate the machine for the overnight study. Participants will take part in an inpatient overnight sleep study. Electrodes will be placed on the participants. For young children, parents will help place the EEG leads. Other sensors may also be placed. A gauze cap will be placed on participants head to protect the leads and keep the participants from moving them. 'Lights out' will occur as close to participants bedtime as possible.

The AMPLIFI-1 Study is a prospective, multicenter pivotal clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Amplifiβ„’ Vein Dilation System in patients requiring distal arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation for hemodialysis. The study has two cohorts: a randomized controlled (RC) cohort of patients with suitable cephalic veins (β‰₯2.5 mm) randomized 2:1 to Amplifi treatment plus AVF creation versus standard AVF creation alone, and a non-randomized small vein cohort (NRC) of patients with borderline veins (1.7 to \<2.5 mm) treated with Amplifi therapy followed by AVF creation.
