This study will look into how CDR132L (a potential new medicine) works on the structure and function of the heart in people living with heart failure. DESTINY-Endometrial01 will investigate the efficacy of first-line T-DXd + rilvegostomig (Arm A) and/or T-DXd+ pembrolizumab (Arm B) when compared to chemotherapy (carboplatin + paclitaxel) + pembrolizumab (Arm C), by assessment of progression free survival (PFS), as assessed by BICR, in participants with HER2-expressing (IHC 3+/2+), pMMR, primary advanced (Stage III/IV) or recurrent EC.

Phase 1 basket trial including 2 open-label single-arm cohorts: REPAIR CKD cohort and REPAIR Dialysis cohort. Open label colchicine 0.3 mg daily for 8 weeks followed, in patients who tolerated the 0.3 mg dose, by forced titration to 0.6 mg daily for 8 weeks.

Coronary Flow During Rapid Heart Rates

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the factors which determine how well ventricular tachycardia (VT) is tolerated. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. What impact does coronary artery disease have on the ability for a patient to tolerate VT? 2. Does treatment of coronary artery disease with stents improve the tolerability of VT? Participants who are undergoing a clinically indicated coronary angiogram or coronary angioplasty procedure will have measurements of blood pressure, coronary pressure and coronary flow made during pacing at a range of heart rates.

A Study of Vedolizumab With Tofacitinib in Adults With Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with tofacitinib in adults with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Another aim is to learn about treatment with Vedolizumab alone after the double treatment. All participants will receive vedolizumab together with tofacitinib for 8 weeks and will be checked for response. Participants who show a response to the treatment after 8 weeks will be treated with vedolizumab alone for an additional 44 weeks. Each participant will be followed up for at least 26 weeks after the last dose of vedolizumab.

Effects of Plant Foods on Gastrointestinal and Cardiometabolic Health

The aim of this randomised controlled trial is to investigate the effects of plant foods on gastrointestinal and cardiometabolic health in healthy adults aged 30-70 years old. The main question it will answer is "what is the effect of plant foods on alpha-diversity of the gut microbiota?". Researchers will compare two diets containing plant foods to see if they have different effects on gastrointestinal and cardiometabolic health. Participants will be asked to replace all their meals, snacks and drinks with those provided by the study team for four weeks (6 days/week). Participants will also be asked to attend the research facility on three occasions to: * Provide a blood sample * Provide a urine sample * Provide a stool sample * Have their body composition assessed * Have an ultrasound of their artery (arm) * Have their blood pressure measured * Answer questionnaires related to dietary intake, mental health, physical activity, quality of life, diet acceptability and adherence

REdo Transcatheter Aortic VALVE Implantation for the Management of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Failure

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is a key-hole technique to replace an aortic heart valve that is narrowed and/or leaking. Although TAVI is a safe and effective treatment for a faulty aortic heart valve, the new TAVI valve will not last forever. Because it is a 'tissue' valve (made from the lining of a cow or pig heart), the valve will fail after a period of time as the tissue degenerates. When the TAVI valve fails, a viable treatment option is to perform a 'Redo TAVI' procedure, implanting a second TAVI valve inside the first failing valve. The main purpose of this study is to carefully evaluate patients being treated by Redo TAVI in order to document the short-term and long-term outcomes of the procedure. The study will also obtain information about which factors predict those outcomes. The study will also assess outcomes in patients who present with TAVI valve failure but are not suitable for Redo TAVI, and instead are treated either by open-heart surgery and surgical aortic valve replacement, or by medical therapy (medication). The study will provide doctors the information they need to understand the best way to treat patients who present with TAVI valve failure, and in particular how to perform Redo TAVI procedures with the best possible outcomes for patients.

Physiology-guided vs Angiography-guided Non-culprit Lesion Complete Revascularization for Acute MI & Multivessel Disease

COMPLETE-2 is a prospective, multi-centre, randomized controlled trial comparing a strategy of physiology-guided complete revascularization to angiography-guided complete revascularization in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) or non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and multivessel coronary artery disease (CAD) who have undergone successful culprit lesion Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). COMPLETE-2 OCT is a large scale, prospective, multi-centre, observational, imaging study of patients with STEMI or NSTEMI and multivessel CAD in a subset of eligible COMPLETE-2 patients.
