A Clinical Cohort Registry Study on Primary PCI for Acute Myocardial Infarction at Zhongshan Hospital
This study is a registry-based cohort investigation, prospectively enrolling patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, between January 1, 2009, and December 31, 2028. Baseline clinical characteristics, procedural details, laboratory results, and medication records will be systematically collected and documented. The clinical follow-up will encompass both in-hospital monitoring and post-discharge surveillance extending up to two years after the procedure.
JS207 Combined With JS007 as First-line Treatment for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
This open-label, multicenter phase II study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of JS207 alone or in combination with JS007 as first-line treatment in subjects with advanced HCC. The subjects were all subjects with unresectable, locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic HCC who had not received previous systemic therapy. Planned to enroll 43 to 72 subjects. The study was divided into two stages, dose exploration stage (3-12 cases) and random expansion stage (40-60 cases). After the dose exploration phase, a dose group was selected to enter the randomized expansion phase based on comprehensive discussion and evaluation of DLT, AE, dose adjustment, PK parameters and preliminary efficacy results in each dose group.
DESTINY-Endometrial01: A Phase III Study of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan Plus Rilvegostomig or Pembrolizumab as First-Line Treatment of HER2-Expressing (IHC 3+/2+), Mismatch Repair Proficient (pMMR) Endometrial Cancer
DESTINY-Endometrial01 will investigate the efficacy of first-line T-DXd + rilvegostomig (Arm A) and/or T-DXd+ pembrolizumab (Arm B) when compared to chemotherapy (carboplatin + paclitaxel) + pembrolizumab (Arm C), by assessment of progression free survival (PFS), as assessed by BICR, in participants with HER2-expressing (IHC 3+/2+), pMMR, primary advanced (Stage III/IV) or recurrent EC.
AK104 and Low-dose Radiation in Recurrent/Metastatic HNSCC After Failure of First-line Systemic Therapy
Currently, there is a lack of high-quality clinical evidence for subsequent treatment options for recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) after first-line treatment, especially for subsequent treatment after first-line therapy combined with PD-1 inhibitors. Increasing evidence suggests that low-dose radiation (LDRT) can reshape the tumor microenvironment.Cadonilimab is a bispecific antibody that specifically binds to CTLA-4 and PD-1 proteins in the human body. Considering that low-dose radiotherapy and cadonilimab both have immunomodulatory effects, this study intends to select recurrent metastatic HNSCC patients who have failed first-line and above treatment to explore the safety and efficacy of cadonilimab combined with low-dose radiotherapy.
Single-dose,First-in-human of KLA478
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability and pharmacokinetics of single doses of KLA478 in healthy volunteers;
A Study of IBI3032 in Chinese Healthy Participants and Participants With Overweight or Obesity
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 clinical study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of a single ascending dose of IBI3032 in healthy participants and multiple ascending doses of IBI3032 in participants with overweight or obesity. It consists of 2 parts: Part A is a single ascending dose (SAD) study in healthy participants, and Part B is a multiple ascending dose (MAD) study in participants with overweight or obesity during the 4-week treatment period.
Neoadjuvant PD-1 Blockade for Elderly Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (BLESS)
The investigators will conduct a prospective phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant PD-1 blockade monotherapy with toripalimab in elderly patients with locally advanced resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).
Level I-II Axillary Irradiation in Breast Cancer With Sentinel-Node Macro-metastases
The RELAX trial is an open-label, multicenter, non-inferiority, randomized, phase 3 clinical trial. Multiple randomized trials have demonstrated the safety of omitting complete axillary-lymph-node dissection in patients with invasive breast cancer and limited sentinel lymph node metastases. However, the necessity and optimal extent of regional nodal irradiation remains uncertain. The aim of this study is to evaluate whether level I-II axillary irradiation is non-inferior to whole regional nodal irradiation in terms of disease-free survival in clinically node-negative breast cancer patients with 1-2 sentinel lymph node macro-metastases.
Digital Mind-Body Therapy for Neoadjuvant Breast Cancer
This study is a single-center, randomized controlled, prospective trial investigating the application of Digital Mind-Body Therapy based on digital music and biofeedback (DMBT) during neoadjuvant treatment in patients with locally advanced breast cancer.
A Study to Compare the PK Characteristics, Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of HLX15-SC With DARZALEX FASPRO® in Combination With Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (Rd) in Transplant-ineligible Patients With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
The purpose of this study is to compare the pharmacokinetic (PK) similarity, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and efficacy of HLX15-SC versus US-DARZALEX FASPRO® following single and multiple subcutaneous (SC) injections in newly diagnosed MM patients ineligible for transplant. Participants who meet all inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria will receive either the HLX15-SC-Rd regimen or the D-Rd regimen for 4 cycles (one cycle = 4 weeks). After 4 cycles of treatment, based on clinical benefit and participant preference, participants may continue to receive the locally marketed daratumumab subcutaneous formulation (Dara-SC) in combination with Rd according to clinical practice, up to 32 weeks or until loss of clinical benefit, death, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of informed consent, or any other protocol-specified reason, whichever occurs first. After 32 weeks of dosing, participants will continue to receive appropriate standard of care according to local guidelines (including marketed Dara-SC).
