A Study of the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Danicamtiv in Adults With Symptomatic Genetic and Familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Danicamtiv is an investigational medication, which means it is still being studied and has not been approved. The purpose of this study is to learn how well danicamtiv works, how safe it is, how well people can take it when used in patients with genetic or familial dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). There are currently no approved medicines made specifically to treat genetic or familial DCM.

Success of Endodontic Treatment With Different Obturation Techniques and Sealer Cements
The present study aims to compare the radiographic success of endodontic treatment using Orstavik's criteria between two sealers: AH Plus (Dentsply DeTrey, Konstanz, Germany) and Neosealer Flo (Avalon Biomed, Bradenton, Florida, USA), as well as between two obturation techniques: continuous wave and single cone. The study includes 270 patients, with a minimum follow-up period of 6 months. Clinical and radiographic variables will be assessed, including quality of obturation, lesion healing, and restoration. The study seeks to determine if the use of bioceramic sealer is effective regardless of the obturation technique used, highlighting the importance of clinical follow-up to evaluate endodontic treatment success.
Pharmacogenomics of antiVEGF in Patients With Age-Associated Macular Degeneration (AMD)
This is a phase III, multicenter, randomized double-blinded clinical trial with two parallel groups (ranibizumab and bevacizumab) and an observational follow-up of patients who meet elegibility criteria and decline participation due to treatment randomization. It will be performed involving 630 eyes from patients with wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD) diagnosis without another eye disease. This clinical trial compares the treatment response for 3 years, considering genetic variants already studied between the eyes treated with one of the first options of anti-VEGF used in patients with wAMD, (ranibizumab) and the most cost-effective anti-VEGF (bevacizumab; off-label use)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether zilebesiran versus placebo reduces the risk of cardiovascular (CV) death, nonfatal myocardial infarction (MI), nonfatal stroke, or heart failure (HF) events. This is an event-driven study that will continue until the targeted number of positively adjudicated primary endpoint clinical outcome events (COEs) have been reached.
Pegtibatinase as a Treatment for Participants With Classical Homocystinuria (HCU) Receiving Standard of Care Treatment
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people living with classical homocystinuria (HCU), a rare inherited condition. It is caused by changes in the cystathionine beta-synthase (or "CBS") gene and prevents an enzyme from working correctly in the body. This enzyme helps break down homocysteine, which is produced when the body processes methionine from protein-containing foods. This helps keep homocysteine and methionine at healthy levels. When this enzyme is not working, homocysteine and methionine build up in the blood and then spread into different tissues of the body and stop these body tissues from working normally. People living with HCU can experience problems with their vision, bones, blood vessels, thinking, learning, and memory. Available treatments for HCU include a low-methionine diet (typically achieved by limiting protein-containing foods), a methionine-free protein supplement to help meet daily protein needs, and betaine (Cystadane®). These treatments are either not sufficient or are hard to take for many patients. Pegtibatinase was designed by researchers to act like the CBS enzyme, which is missing or not working properly in people living with HCU. Researchers are studying whether adding pegtibatinase to standard treatment can lower homocysteine levels. Researchers want to learn how safe and effective pegtibatinase is, how it moves through and affects the body, and how it may affect the daily lives of people with HCU. The study plans to enroll participants from the US, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Many study visits may happen at home, depending on where you live and local regulations. Some visits may include a home nurse and telemedicine appointments with the study doctor.
Use of Vassopresin in Septic Shock Prospective Multicenter Observational Study With Medication
The aim of this observational study is to examine real-world clinical practice regarding the use of vasopressin as a second-line vasopressor in adult patients admitted to Intensive Care Units (ICUs) with septic shock. The study focuses on critically ill adults (≥18 years) diagnosed with septic shock and treated with norepinephrine and vasopressin. The main research questions are: * Does early initiation of vasopressin-defined by the norepinephrine dose at the time of introduction-reduce mortality in patients with septic shock? * What is the impact of vasopressin as a second vasopressor on renal function and the progression of organ dysfunction in septic shock patients? Participants will: * Be admitted to an ICU with a diagnosis of septic shock. * Receive vasopressin as an adjunct to norepinephrine for hemodynamic support. * Be monitored daily throughout their ICU stay, with data collected through a dedicated REDCap system. * Have relevant clinical data pseudonymized and incorporated into the study database for statistical analysis.
